History

Sergeant Usman participated in the Tomakul Campaign in 44 AR. During the trench war outside Tomakul, he waited for Farid for an hour. He quickly assessed Farid’s small group of four. After a brief exchange, Usman provided Farid and his team with soft satchels and a crucial order chit that would validate their late and unauthorized presence if questioned by higher officers. He insisted on receiving a full satchel of goods in exchange, threatening to inform Farid if the terms were not met. Usman gave clear instructions on how to proceed, directing Farid to use the ladder in the trench wall and to whistle upon return. His demeanor was commanding and pragmatic, ensuring that Farid understood the importance of delivering the goods and adhering to their covert mission. As Farid and his team climbed the ladder to continue their task, Usman remained behind, watching their departure with approval and expectation.^[1]
