Eric "Danger" Taylor is a former Magic: The Gathering player and highly regarded Magic columnist, especially during the earlier days of the game.
Eric was 1998 Dojo Writer of the Year and won Grand Prix Milwaukee 2002. He has 97 lifetime Pro Points.
Taylor famously proclaimed before PT New Orleans 2002 that he was so sure Kai Budde would not win that he would eat his hat if wrong. Unfortunately for Eric, Budde picked up another victory, and later that year at PT San Diego 2002, Taylor faithfully chowed down on a meal of fedora with ketchup.[1]
