San Shou, Sanda, Chinese Kickboxing or "Unsanctioned fighting" is a hand-to-hand fighting style used for both sport and self-defence. This style includes close range and rapid successive punches and kicks, with wrestling, takedowns, throws, sweeps, kick catches, and in some competitions, even elbow and knee strikes.
