Eddy Wally was a Belgian singer who claims to be "the voice of Europe". He was born on July 12, 1932 and died on February 6, 2016. Press "F" to respect.

Wally was featured in a video where he appears in front of a green or blue screen. He walks in front of the camera and says "Wow". He then winks and walks away, exiting the frame. This video is frequently used on montage parodies. It is usually seen after someone does something amazing.
