Oozly has a green circular body with a black bottom. His feet are dark green with green toes. He has dark green arms with black pincers. He has a green semi-trapeziodal head with dark green lips with an overbite, horns, and top.

Oozly can produce slime out of his hands.

Little is known about Oozly's past.
First adventures
Oozly was seen fishing in the Swamplands in front of a slimy lake. ("A Quest for the Lost Mixamajig")
He is one of the almost all Mixels that fell for the I-Cubit scam and was saved by Booger. ("Nixel, Nixel, Go Away")
Trivia
- In storyboards for Every Knight Has Its Day, he took the place of Globbie for some scenes. The two of them share a similar appearance because of this.

Oozly utilizes the Incidental #1 character design model, being shared with Fantasto and an unknown Mixel from A Quest for the Lost Mixamajig.
His name is based on the word "ooze". His name was voted on here. The winning name was "Oozly" by The Slowking Eleven.
