Gulliver is a character on Mighty Med. His best friend is Chaz and his name sounds like "Oliver." He is an evil supervillain in disguise of a normo, along with Chaz, and both were students of Dr. Wrath at their school Villain Academy.
Powers
- Hallucikinesis - He can create mirages that cause others to perceive objects that don't exist or to perceive things differently from what they truly are. However, Gulliver's illusions are completely intangible and could not affect the physical world.
