The computer voice (as named in Metroid Fusion: The Official Nintendo Player's Guide) is a pre-recorded female voice heard throughout Metroid Fusion, broadcasting updates on the condition of the BSL station. The voice actress is not credited. The computer plays a similar role to the Bottle Ship P.A. Announcer.
Regarding the Countdown sequences, the computer also has update lines every minute, and every 10 seconds after the 1-minute mark, and a count from ten to zero for the final ten seconds of the timer.
The computer voice later appears during the Metroid Fusion segment of The History of Metroid in 2D - Metroid Dread Primer, where it has slightly different lines during the sequence where the BSL station had its propulsion engines activated and descending to SR388. It also yells "Warning!" three times just before impact.
