Rocco is the fifth town of Metal Max Returns. This is the first accessible town to introduce the first accessible tank modding, namely tank chassis modification, relative to the facilities offered in the previous towns. This town is located beyond Audrey, and before Jizo's Passageway.

Facilities
The town of Rocco is divided by an eastern, tank-friendly section, while its western section is accessible only by foot.
West Section
The West Section of Rocco contains buildings for a Inn (with a Bar inside ,) then a Transfertron, and a Hunter Items Store.
Inn
Located east from the entrance of the Rocco Bar-Inn building. It offers the following room rates for HP recovery. The more affordable the room rate, the higher the chance of mosquitoes being present to sap the HP of the player character and their party members. The rates (per party member) are as follows:

This facility also features a massage therapist, (located just outside the 1F Plum Room) for healing the paralysis status effect from the player's party members.

This is the only type of facility where ingredients (items dropped by monsters that are not human tools, equipment, on-board tools, and parts) can be sold.
Transfertron
Serves to provide teleportation capabilities centers in locations with a Transfertron facility. Only accessible on foot, this facility is an alternative means of utilizing fast travel aside from the On-board tank tools of the Dog system. It is accessed as a separate building north of the Rocco Bar-Inn.
Hunter Equipment
In Rocco, the Hunter Equipment store is inside a blue-roofed building (with a stick figure in the square sign) that is located west of the Bar-Inn. This store is located east of the Hunter Tools store, and its store attendant wears a red cap in the same building.

Eastern Section
The East Section of Rocco contains buildings for a Tank Chassis Modification Tent, then a Repair Garage (with the Hunter Office and Memory Center inside,) and a Tank Item Garage (with a Tank Ammo and a furniture store inside.)
Tank Parts
This store is located immediately northwest of the Trader Tent's Tank Chassis Modification service, and is southeast of the Rocco Inn. Inside the Rocco Tank Items Garage, is a store attendant that is identifiable by the red cap that they are wearing. Inside said Tank Items Garage, this Tank Part Store is located in the southeast corner.
Tank Tools
This store is located in the same Tank Items Garage as the Tank Parts Store. in Rocco. Its store attendant is easily identified by wearing a blue cap in the same garage. The Tank Tools store is adjacent to the Tank Parts Store, as it is located in the northeast corner of the garage.
Tank Ammo
The Tank Ammo store is a green soldier carrying two gray shells, and is located relatively adjacent to the Rocco Furniture Store (located in the Tank Items Garage in Rocco.) This ammo attendant carries four types of shells in their stock.

Furniture Store
Rocco's Furniture Store is located inside Rocco's Tank Items Garage, and is adjacent to the Tank Ammo Store. The furniture bought from this store, is immediately transported to the 2F of Hunter's Mechanic Dad's Leorad Repair Garage. All of these furniture items can be only purchased once.

Tank Chassis Modification Services
Located in the Southeast Tank Trader Tent, the Tank Chassis Modification Service is operated by an independent Rocco mechanic who specializes in down/upgrading all tank chassis, except the tank parts that can be equipped. Each tank chassis' mod cost varies among them all, with the affordable parts costing fewer Gs than the lategame tanks that are priced relatively expensively. These mods include the closing/opening of various weapon slots, the decrease/increase of spare shell ammo storage, and the decrease/increase of the tank's defense stats.

Repair and Refill shop
Operated by the independent mechanics of Rocco, the repair service of Rocco features paid repairs, with commissions being paid in respect to the degree of damage per vehicle component.
The Refill shop is directly north of the Rocco Repair Garage, west of the Hunter's Office, and relatively adjacent to the position of repair mechanic in the same garage, and offers to refill the protagonist's tank armor tiles, main cannon ammo, and S-E ammo either partially or completely. The rate for the armor tile refill is 10 SP per 1 G. The rate for the main cannon ammo refill is 1 ammo per 5 G. The rate for the S-E ammo refill varies per S-E equipped, where 1 S-E ammo may cost 75 G and up.

This office sells Signal transmitters for 50 G, and feature "Weekly targets" against monsters for additional Gs. It is located east of the Tank Parts vendor, and northwest to the Memory Center.
Memory center
Serves to save the progress of the protagonist at any given three save slots present in-game. South of the Hunter Office, one of the few facilities to allow the game to be saved when driving a tank.
