Biography
Early life
At some point during the early 2010s, Ronald ended up experimented on by the Patriots, resulting in him becoming a cyborg. His left arm, in particular, was replaced with a cybernetic one, containing data from the Patriots.
After the Patriots' fall, he ended up joining both Desperado Enforcement LLC. and World Marshal Inc., eventually rising up the ranks.
World Marshal Incident

In 2018, Ronald, with four regular cyborgs on contact as backup, patrolled the fountain area near World Marshal Inc.'s HQ building. Raiden, escaping on foot from Denver, Colorado, managed to kill him, also taking his arm in the process.
Behind the scenes
Ronald is a character in Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, as well as one of thirty cyborgs to contain retrievable left arms in the game. He acts as the second cyborg commander in Chapter R-05, found at the fountain area adjacent from World Marshal HQ.
