The Otram family was the ruling family of the Orion Colony of Rhinate.
In the late 23rd century, the family was lead by the much-liked Benthine Otram the Patient. He and the Otram family kept Rhinate an orderly world, which supported Starfleet's Starbase 12. (FASA RPG module: The Orions: Book of Common Knowledge)
