Biscae was a settlement on the planet Remus.
It was the capitol city of the world and second only to D'Sivas in activity but served as the headquarters of the Imperial Navy. This meant that the city was alive with off duty personnel with shops as well as restaurants flourished from the combined military as well as civilian trade activity in the region.
One of the main attractions of Biscae were the baths on the hillsides of Kannam which tapped into the hot mineral water that was highly therapeutic as well as stimulated the muscles and nerves of the body. (FASA RPG module: The Romulans (FASA))
- The FASA RPG line goes with the concept that Remus had no native race and that it was a temperate world which contradicts canon elements shown of Remus. Its possible that a settlement was made underground in order to centralize control of the planet.
