Admiral Milius was a Human who served as a flag officer in Federation Starfleet during the late 24th century.
Starfleet career
Despite his advancement through the ranks, Milius was frustrated that he never received any exciting assignments but was rather relegated to milking space whales. Blaming "the system", he eventually went AWOL from a vacation on the cruise ship Cosmic Duchess, on which he was a Latinum Elite guest. He was a regular patron of The Risa Bar, where he had charged several hundred Salurian Coladas to his tab.
The USS Cerritos was tasked with pursuing Milius. An undercover away team, consisting of Jack Ransom, Andy Billups, and Brad Boimler, attempted to trace Milius' footsteps, but were captured by his acolytes and taken as hostages to his base at AWOL Falls. Milius, who had been forewarned by the resort's front desk, attempted to sway Boimler to his side, having spied on Boimler feuding with Ransom about being given dangerous tasks. However, Ransom explained that this was because he valued Boimler as an officer and knew he could handle himself, inspiring Boimler to free them all using sunscreen. A desperate Milius commanded his acolytes to sacrifice themselves for him, which only caused them to desert him.
Defeated, Milius agreed to return to duty. At Boimler's suggestion, he pledged himself exclusively to assisting the USS Endeavour, a microscopic starship from a parallel universe, to return home. (LD: "The Best Exotic Nanite Hotel")

Background information
Milius was voiced by Toby Huss.
His name may be a reference to John Milius, a co-writer of the film Apocalypse Now, which the Admiral Milius storyline parodies.
