Mega Jump is a platforming video game developed and published by Get Set Games. The game was released worldwide for iPhone and iPod Touch on May 5, 2010. Android version followed on the same year in December 2010
Mega Jump was released to positive reviews and the game was successful. On the first month in June 2010, the game had over 1 million downloads.
Gameplay
A player progresses through the game by tilting their device to move the character based on the device's movement, while collecting objects, such as Coins, Stars, and Powerups. After a certain amount of elevation, the game states to the player that they are moving onto the next level, and to "Get Ready!" As the game progresses, the levels get harder and harder, with increasing enemies, and decreasing amount of positive objects and increasing amounts of negative objects. The setup of coins, powerups, and obstacles are different every time the player starts/restarts a level. However, certain patterns can be recognized and repeated.
