Bula and Bili work together to torment Amato's and Pian's life, some scene goes as far as to show them bullying others too. Though their actions is never caught (so far) by the adults.
Despite being bullies, they do have a heart for animals. In Welcome to Robojaya, Bili takes a piece of fish to feed a stray cat. This inticed Bula who praises and watches the stray eat before Bili reminds him of the bullying schedule they need to partake in.
