History
Wong was contacted by The Watcher and asked to bring the Spells of Agamotto to him in order to teach a being only known as the Hero of the Multiverse in the ways of the Mystic Arts so that they could stop "villains" from stealing Infinity Stones across various timelines. Wong refused at first but was convinced to be this Hero's teacher. He brought them back to his home timeline to the ruins of the New York Sanctum to begin their training with tools such as the Hand of Agamotto, a mystic weapon that could harness the power of each Infinity Stone to be used in every dimension across the multiverse. He also gave this Hero the power of the Space Stone and taught him the Spell of Sealing to send these villains into the Soul Stone.
He left to go fortify the defenses of the Time Stone but it proved futile as it was found to be stolen by the Hela of another Earth-657 universe. He tracked her down to the Collector's location on Knowhere and confronted the two of them. The Collector fled, leading to Wong chasing him and portaling him to an undisclosed location. After the chase, it was revealed to Wong that the Watcher was actually the sorceress, the Infinity Witch in disguise. Wanda had sent him, Hela, and the Hero of the Multiverse into the Soul Stone using the Spell of Sealing but thankfully they had made allies with the beings confined in the Soul Stone including a Thanos, Steve Rogers, and Vision. The newly formed allies needed a way out of the Soul Stone; thankfully Wong had suspected something wrong with the Watcher so he planned ahead, making the Hero use the Spell of Binding on a statue early in their training so that it would be there to provide the knowledge necessary to escape.
When they were finally able to escape the Soul Stone, they confronted Wanda near the roots of the Multiversal tree and attempted to defeat her to seemingly no avail until the Hero of the Multiverse was able to fracture her power across the Multiverse after Wong and the others were able to separate her from the stones. Now being powerless and remorseful, Wanda asked to be sent into the Soul Stone alongside Vision to live forever together. After the Hero had granted their wish, they were left with a choice by the real Watcher: destroy the stones and keep the timelines on their natural paths or use the stones to alter reality forever. Wong was supportive of either choice the Hero made and thankfully the Hero chose to destroy the stones, keeping the Multiverse on its natural path.[1]See Also
