After Earth-19250 was destroyed by the incursions, the remains of it were salvaged by God Emperor Doom as part of Battleworld's Rule 63 domain. It was visited by Lady Katherine of Bishop and Ms. America (America Chavez) on their inter-domain search for Pizza.[1]

- This domain is named after the eponymous "rule of the Internet", which states that "for every fictional character, there exists an opposite-gender counterpart."
