History

On Earth-1610, the Ultimates invaded Iran,[1][2] intervening actively in Azerbaijan[1] and traumatizing young local farmhand[2] Abdul al-Rahman, who witnessed the operation.[1][2] Al-Rahman became a Colonel and submitted himself to the Super-Soldier process to confront the Ultimates as a member of the Liberators, a team of superhuman operatives including Iran and other countries opposed to the Ultimates.[1][2] When facing Captain America and at the latter's request, Al-Rahman explained his origin, detailing how the Ultimates had affected Azerbaijan.[3]Residents
