Professional History
Alan Davis' career began in an English fanzine magazine. The Crusader, was his first professional work for Frantic Magazine for Dez Skinn newly updated Marvel UK.[1]

- Alan Davis and Paul Neary won Eisner Award in 1989 in "Best Penciller/Inker or Penciller/Inker Team" category for Excalibur. This series also earned a nomination in "Best New Series" category.[2]
- Among nominees in "Best Penciller/Inker or Penciller/Inker Team" category were also John Romita Jr. and Al Williamson for Daredevil.
