Tetris DS is a Touch! Generations puzzle game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo DS. The aesthetic and themes are largely based on Nintendo Entertainment System games, many of which are Mario games, and the cover art depicts graphics from Super Mario Bros..
Modes
Marathon Mode
A 20-level mode with each level being themed on a specific game. The first ten levels are themed after either Super Mario Bros. or Super Mario Bros. 3.
Mission Mode
Has a backdrop based on The Legend of Zelda.
Push Mode
Has a backdrop based on Donkey Kong.
Touch Mode
Has a backdrop based on Balloon Fight.
Catch Mode
A level based on Metroid.
Puzzle Mode
A level based on Yoshi's Cookie.
