Take a Stab

Take a Stab is a Rhythm minigame in Super Mario Party.

Opening

The players pose with their sword on their right arm pointing to the sky. The metronome ticks and the red arrow points forwards.

Gameplay

The objective of the minigame is to stab the thrown fruit at the rhythm of the song. If the player times the fruit stab, the player earns three points. If the player stabs the fruit too early or late, the player earns one point. If they do not stab the fruit, the player earns no points. Aesthetically, two Galoombas jump when all of the players get a Nice! or Perfect!. Bowser will not stand on the stool. Rosalina will not stand on a stool too.

Ending

The winner(s) does their victory pose while other players sulk.
