The Stupid Bomb is an item in the Nintendo Comics System issue "Duh Stoopid Bomb!." Hence its name, it was designed with a poison that can lower the victim's intelligence. Stupid Bombs look very similar to regular cartoon bombs, being black. Their activation is simple: just drop the bomb to make the bomb detonate, or slam it into another object, including another Stupid Bomb. A Stupid Bomb can be counteracted by a Smart Bomb.
