Eggs are an enemy in Wario Land 4.
Profile
Physical description
The egg has the appearance of an ordinary egg with a white eggshell. A yellow duck hatches from an egg.
Behavior
A yellow duck hatches from an egg upon hitting the ground. Upon hatching, the duck moves slowly across the bottom of the screen. After a few seconds, the duck starts to flash orange, moves faster, and then explodes, damaging Wario if he is nearby.
Eggs have a more aggressive variant named black egg, which only appear boss fight against Golden Diva. Black eggs are more aggressive than eggs and explode quicker than them.
In Wario Land 4
Eggs only appear in the battle against Cuckoo Condor in the Ruby Passage, where they are produced by the Cuckoo Condor while it is in its condor form. Wario can counter its attack by catching a egg before it hits the ground and throw it as a projectile. If an egg has hatched into a duck and is not about to explode, Wario can defeat it by either ramming into it or using a Smash Attack on it.
