Captain Rainbow is a Wii game released in August 2008. It features some Mario characters, as cameos and guest appearances alike.
The Damsel-in-Distress is Birdo and they mention that she is very popular and the "Sexy Dynamite Monster". Due to that she was kidnapped (this may also have influenced the game's rating as well) The piranha flower is also a villain in it, and visually, there are a few Mario portraits in gameplay.
