Bill Gates (ビルゲイツ Birugeitsu?) is a character in the fifth broadcast of Shitamachi Ninjō Gekijō.

Physical description
In his only Mario appearance, Bill Gates takes on the form of a plush toy, like the other characters in Shitamachi Ninjō Gekijō. Bill Gates has dark brown hair, dark red blushing cheeks, and a tongue sticking out.
In Shitamachi Ninjō Gekijō
Bill Gates specifically appears in the fifth broadcast, which took place on February 20, 1996. When Mario and Toad argue over who gets to ride the Windows 95, which they believe to be a vehicle (when in actuality, the Windows 95 is a real-world computer). Bill Gates shows up to correct both of them, stating that the Windows 95 is something to wear on the head.
