Belltop is a character who appears in Mario Party 3.

Profile

Physical description

Belltop resembles a Toad with a giant counter on his head. He also carries a blue whistle in his mouth and two rods where he bangs himself with.

In Mario Party 3

Belltop only appears on Duel Mode boards where he is set on certain locations. Whenever a player passes through him, a countdown begins and when it hits zero, a mini-game occurs where one of the players could earn 20 or more coins. Also, after every mini-game win, Belltop will dispense coins to the winner after Tumble hits him.
