Shelter was a fortress in southeastern Korelri, part of Korel Island. Its walls were flat grey and its stone military pier extended into the Crack Strait.[1]

Shelter was the location where the Sea-Folk took Blues and his Crimson Guardsmen to be "sold" into the service of the Stormwall.[2]
