Seel was one of the three apprentices of Ussü, High Mage and Advisor to the rogue Malazan Yeull 'ul Taith. All were able servants, but none possessed any magical talent.[1]
In Stonewielder
Seel, along with Temeth and Yurgen, helped Ussü conduct his bloody experiments.[2] In one such experiment, he and his fellows had their minds wiped clean by a saddened and disappointed Queen of Dreams.[3]
