Majo Roxanne is a witch who served as the queen's personal chef during Majo Tourbillon's reign. She appeared midway through Motto where she tested the Ojamajos to see if they were worthy of the Recipe Diary.

Majo Roxanne is a light-skinned witch with slanted, sharp burgundy eyes surrounded by long wrinkles, and mossy-green hair worn in a thick, oval-shaped ponytail held by dark brown strips. Her long tented bangs are chest length, and she wears a dark brown forehead piece with a small droplet-shaped gem hanging from the center. She wears small gold earrings.
