This Witch is ever in search of the baby it lost. When it finds a human, it straps them firmly to its back regardless of their age. But because it fears to lose "the baby" again, it will tie the human so tightly that whoever is captured is able to breathe. This Witch's immaturity, however, means it refuses to take care of its captives, as it does not like babies to begin with. It especially hates to see young people free of the misery of poverty, and thus cursed itself for eternity.

A witch who continually searches for a baby that she dropped somewhere. Upon seeing a human, no matter who or what age they are, she extends her baby carrier’s straps to try and catch them.
Even if she succeeds in capturing one, however, the way she tightly binds them to prevent them from falling again will likely suffocate them.
Incidentally, this still young-minded witch isn’t babysitting because she wants to; quite the opposite, in fact. She doesn’t even like babies at all. She casts her gaze down in contempt of those who lead privileged lives, and curses herself in perpetuity.
