宝崎市に住む魔法少女。いろはと一緒に魔女と戦うこともあるが、定期的に情報交換をする程度の仲。命がけで戦うことに恐れを抱き、魔法少女であることから救われたいと感じている。とある噂をきっかけに、神浜市へと執着し始める。
A Magical Girl who lives in Takarazaki City. Kuroe fights alongside Iroha from time to time, but mostly they're acquaintances who get together on a regular basis to exchange information. Kuroe is afraid of fighting in life or death battles and wishes she could be saved from being a Magical Girl. She begins to become obsessed with Kamihama City after hearing a certain rumor.

この感情の主は、一度は自らの過去を悔やんで足を止めたものの、光を見出した今は羽ばたこうとするのをやめようとしない。涙を流し続けるドッペルは、主を楽にするために重い泥の翼で身動きを取り辛くし、空を目指すことも駆けることも否定しながら真逆の道を示し続ける。対峙する者があれば、その翼を活かして攻撃をしかけるものの、その挙動ひとつひとつは、何をしても光に辿り着けないことを主に示すための行動でもある。このドッペルに浸食され尽くしたあとは、地上に佇む黒い星になるしかない。
The master of this emotion once stopped to regret her past, but now that she has found the light, she will not stop trying to flap her wings. The doppel, who continues to shed tears, makes it hard for the master to move with her heavy mud wings to ease her pain, and continues to show her the opposite path, denying her the ability to aim for the sky or to run. If anyone confronts her, she makes use of her wings to attack them, but each of her actions is to show the master that no matter what she does, she will never reach the light. After being completely eroded by this doppel, it will have no choice but to become a black star standing on the ground.
