Noa is the CEO of the organizers and of DeathWatch and is the primary antagonist throughout the game.
Appearance
He is an older man with black slicked back hair, prominent cheek-bones, and sinister looking eyes. He wears a simple button up shirt that has stitching on the collar and long sleeves. He also wears black mitts, a belt with a square buckle and a black pair of pants.
Personality
Noa can be described in the most simple fashion as a completely immoral & greedy man. He doesn't care for the intended purpose of DeathWatch, which is to settle disputes and decide the fate of countries in place of wars, and instead commercialized it to get rich. He will even stoop to such lows as infecting the entirety of Jefferson Island with a lethal virus and only giving out the vaccine in exchange for killing another person as "motivation" for the unwilling contestants of the latest DeathWatch game.
Description
Leo, his son, kills him by shooting him upon the player's completion of the game, where his last line is basically, "Champion again, eh, Jack?" He is most recognized for organizing the gambling pulls, and is made upset to hear that out of only 30% of the viewing populace over 1.45 hundred million dollars were lost to their "Star Player's" victories.
