Lutetia is one of Brune's territories and is also one of prime settings of Madan no Ou to Vanadis series. It is also the birthplace of Maximilian Bennusa Ganelon of House Ganelon.
Overview
Lutetia located at Brune's northern vicinity. Due to its cooler climate and environment, it is also renowned for its apple ciders[1] productions, in which provides Lutetia's prosperity that nearly rivals to Nemetacum's own. Additionally, Lutetia is also home to the legendary and sacred Saint-Groel Holy-Grotto, a sacred place that yeild enriched secrets and history of Brune's renowned king and founder, King Charles, as well his friend and general, Ganelon the First. For this reason, House Ganelon was one of Brune's influential Houses until the Third Generation.
History
Little is known about Lutetia other than a home of House Ganelon. According to the records and archives from the Holy Grotto[2], Lutetia was a former capital of Brune before Nice and because of the friendship between King Charles of Brune and Ganelon the First, the king bestowed his best friend and trusted minister Lutetia as his territory. Since then, House Ganelon rose as one of Brune's oldest yet influential noble family until the Third Generation, where the former head practices dark magic.
