Lunar Legend is a remake of the game Lunar: The Silver Star which was originally released for Sega CD. It is the first game in the series not published by Working Designs, but rather by Ubisoft.
It features a new graphical and musical style separate from the other versions of Lunar: The Silver Star. The character portraits are based on the art style from the Saturn version. It does not contain any of the FMVs present in other games, using stills from them instead.
Trivia
- The Arts Gauge, a feature that was first used in this game, was made into a feature of the PSP remake, Lunar: Silver Star Harmony.
- Due to limitations with the hex editor changing Japanese text to English, some sentences are cut short or have spelling or grammar errors such as "They are my turd."
