Ugo Paguro, or more commonly known as Uncle Ugo, is a supporting character in the 2021 Disney•Pixar animated feature film, Luca. He is a sea monster, who is Daniela's brother-in-law, Libera's son-in-law, the titular character's uncle and Lorenzo's brother.

Physical Appearance
In his sea monster form, Ugo resembles a humanoid anglerfish as he has a glowing blue antenna and glowing blue eyes. He has a transparent stomach, which allows people to see his heart, ribcage, lungs, and veins. He is not an objectively good-looking sea monster, and his nephew calls him his "weird, see-through uncle"
Appearances In Film
Uncle Ugo appears in the middle of the film, and in the post-credits scene.
He says this in the post credits scene:
"Some people think I’m mad to live in the deep.
I think that they are the ones who are mad, not me the one who is mad, it’s them.
It’s a nice life, simple life.
It’s away from the hustle and bustle, all the stuff that you don’t want.
Mmm. Whale carcass.
Anyway, you’re gonna have fun.
You’ll get to hear me talk. I can talk without stopping, sometimes for maybe 12 hours.
