Events

- Aredhel, the White Lady and her son, Maeglin of the Ñoldor return to Gondolin and are followed by Eöl who is given the choice to remain in the city or be killed.[1][2]
- Aredhel dies in Gondolin from a poison javelin wound inflicted upon her by Eöl, who intended to kill his disobedient son Maeglin for remaining in the Hidden City against his will.[1][2]
- Death of Eöl the Dark Elf, in Gondolin. He was sentenced to death (throwned from the city walls) for killing his wife.[1][2]
- Barahir, future father to the Edain hero Beren, is born to Bregor of the House of Bëor.[3]
- Ulfang the Easterling is born.[4]
