Stock Road

The Lord of the Rings Online - Stock Road

Stock Road was a road in the Shire.

According to the The Atlas of Middle-earth, it ran through northern Green-Hill Country from Tuckborough in the Westfarthing, through the northern tip of the Southfarthing, and to the settlement of Woodhall and eventually to Stock.[1] The road turned off from the Great East Road through Green-Hill Country and the Woody End and ultimately led to Stock.

History

On September 22, 3021, Frodo and Sam met Gildor Inglorion, the Keepers of the Three Rings, and other Elves on Stock Road riding west to the Grey Havens where they would leave Middle-earth for the Undying Lands, never to return.[2]
