Minto Boffin was a member of the Boffin family.
He is a character invented for Peter Jackson’s film The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring.

In TA 3001, Minto and his sister Bell attended Bilbo Baggins's farewell party. While at the party, he and a group of other young hobbit children listened to Bilbo's tale of when he and a company of Dwarves were captured by Stone-trolls.
