Derufin was the son of Duinhir and the brother of Duilin. He was a Man from Imlad Morthond within Gondor.
Biography
Derufin, along with his brother, his father, and five-hundred bowmen marched to Minas Tirith from Imlad Morthond to help during the Siege of Gondor in the War of the Ring.[1] During the Battle of the Pelennor Fields, Derufin and his brother bravely led their bowmen to shoot at the eyes of the great mûmakil of the Haradrim, but were trampled to death by these gigantic foes.[2]

In The Lord of the Rings Online, Derufin and his brother are first met on a hunting expedtion in south Ithilien,
