Borlad was the son of Bór the chieftain of the Easterlings, apparently the eldest of his three sons.
Biography
Borlad fought with the Union of Maedhros at the Nírnaeth Arnoediad and like his father and two brothers remained loyal to the Sons of Fëanor, unlike those of Ulfang who betrayed them. He was slain fighting against the traitors.[2][3]
