Bolgakh was the warchief over the Moria-orcs during the early Fourth Age.

In The Lord of the Rings: Return to Moria
Bolgakh was an orc in Khazad-dûm during the Fourth Age. He ruled over the Moria-orcs of the western regions of the realm, fortifying himself in an orc stronghold and ordering the rest of the Orcs from there. He is killed when his stronghold is invaded by dwarves in FO 171.
