Salinger was a survivor of Ajira Flight 316, and a member of a team that worked for or with Jacob. He was killed by The Man in Black during the Taweret massacre along with Burnette, Wolfe and Bram. ("LA X, Part 1")
Trivia
- Salinger's name, along with Burnette's and Wolfe's were revealed in a deleted scene from Season 6.
- Actor Wayne Nunez also appeared in the background as Prisoner #259 in "Every Man for Himself". However, it is unknown if the prisoner and Salinger were meant to be the same character.
