Character arc
Tori is the rebellious daughter of The Glaive, a high-ranking Light Fae Elder, and poses a danger to herself, or as a possible target of political intrigue. Either situation could be a political debacle for the Fae entrusted with her safety. As a juvenile, Tori has no defined role.
Tori is a telepath and can read minds. Kenzi tried to hide tequila from her, but she found the bottle. Unknown to Kenzi, coffee can induce anaphylaxis, and when Tori drank some her heart stopped, but because Tori has two hearts (like her mother) Dyson was able to reanimate her by jump-starting the second heart.
Personality
She can be an obnoxious teenager who plays tricks on her bodyguards/babysitters ("Have you called my mother yet to check in?"), or uses her mother's position to enforce her will ("I'm The Glaive's daughter, bitches!"). She appears to be as rebellious as The Glaive is overprotective.

- Kenzi: Tori really liked Kenzi. She began the introduction to her mother with: "Mother, this is my friend, Kenzi" — and only afterwards adds — "and her friend, Bo." Thinking that Kenzi was Hale's human property, she tried to buy her from him.
