Stamina (STA) is used to enter Hero Stage.
By default the STA limit is 120, and STA recovers over time at the rate of 6 minutes for 1 STA, or 10 STA per hour; the time remaining to the next STA and full STA can be viewed by tapping on your STA count. It is possible to have more than 120 STA at once if the player uses Bravehearts or Turf Quest rewards, but STA will not automatically increase once it reaches the limit.
Stamina Limit research (unlocks at Academy Lv.20) can increase max STA by up to 60, for a total of 180.
Max STA can also be increased by having required Hero’s avatar points, can increased max STA up to 20, For a total of 200 STA, Including Stamina Limit research.
Normal Hero Stages cost 6 STA per Sweep, while Elite Stages cost 12. For Chapter 8, the cost increases to 8 and 16 STA, respectively.
Players can use Bravehearts to gain STA. Players can also get STA from the Support Skill of the Familiar Aquiris, "Refreshed", which gives up to 120 STA depending on the level.
During events known as Stage Blessings, a 50% stamina reduction is granted. Normal stages will require 3 STA, Elite stages will require 6, and Chapter 8 Normal stages will require 4 and Chapter 8 Elite stages will require 8 STA.
