Biography
Early life
Pudini lived in the Pride Lands.[1]

Pudini overheard Cheka's plan to trick Zazu into getting in trouble with Mufasa. Though she planned to warn her own children about the dangers of lying, she was distracted by a bug and forgot to deliver the warning.
Later, Pudini gathered with several other Pride Landers to stop an army ant attack. Mufasa planned for the animals to move rocks on Zulu Falls, but Pudini warned that such an action could be dangerous. Despite her misgivings, she worked with her fellow Pride Landers to move the rocks on Zulu Falls, and the plan succeeded.[1]
Physical appearance
Pudini is a moderately sized ostrich. She has a thin pink neck, dark feathers tipped with white, and black eyes.[1]
Personality and traits
Pudini is civil and virtuous. She is also a loyal mother who is devoted to raising her children to be honest and fair-minded. Despite her good intentions, she is easily distracted and somewhat forgetful.[1]

- It is possible that Pudini is Mayai and Pamba's mother, for she has two unnamed children, and Mayai and Pamba are referred to as "the ostrich babies."[1]
