Ponya flowers are flowers native to the Pride Lands. They can be used to heal paralysis from the bite of a monitor lizard.

Physical attributes

Ponya flowers are small flora with bright red petals around a burgundy center. They typically grow on large bushes.

"The Bite of Kenge"

When Kenge bites and paralyzes three members of the Lion Guard, Ono goes to Rafiki's tree to get help. When Ono arrives, Rafiki is not at home, so his apprentice, Makini, offers her services.

Makini and Ono go in search of ponya flowers for a remedy, and they soon return with several clumps of flowers in tow. Makini then uses the flowers to heal the Lion Guard's paralysis.
