Exile

Simba treasures his family above all else. When he loses his precious little daughter, it'll break his spirit. He'll have no will to fight. He'll be an easy target.

Simba banished Bianca and her family to the Outlands. While in exile, Bianca raised her nephew, Kovu, and formed an alliance with Banzai and Shenzi against Simba. Together, the three plotted to kill Simba's daughter, Shani, so as to weaken him. One day, Kovu informed Bianca that he had made a commitment to Shani, and Bianca angrily reminded him of everything that Simba had done to their family. Kovu retorted that their prides' historical strife did not involve him and Shani.[1]
