The Notebook was a dossier cum diary created and owned by Leonardo da Vinci and coveted by Piero de Medici and the Luminari
Creation
Leonard created the Note Book whilst training under Verrocchio at his art workshop. He begain by jotting down sketches and equations for all of his inventions. Realising that some of them could potentially be harmfull, he coded all of his work. The codes were so advanced that even after Piero gained possession of the book, Professor Pico could not decipher them.
In Series 2, Leo's ideas had expanded significantly, and he now had several notebooks.
