Shibuya (渋谷区) is a special ward in Tokyo, Japan that was featured in River City: Tokyo Rumble. It is a major commercial and financial hub.
Background
Shibuya is first mentioned by Ginjishi as he informs the protagonists that Benijishi is making a move on the area. After arriving in the area, the protagonists have trouble finding Benijishi until they get distracted by her looks as she walks past them unaware that she was the person they were looking for. Misuzu points this out and the group catches up to her outside of the Shibuya 893 Mall. With the boys only attempting to flirt with Benijishi, Misuzu takes the lead and vows to put an end to the Tokyo Lion Alliance's scheme. Benijishi doesn't take the threats seriously and instead decides to insult Misuzu's looks which angers her. After sarcastically apologizing, she then starts the fight against the protagonists. Upon her defeat, Shishiō arrives to order Benijishi to fall back and regroup as he gets ready to deal with the situation himself. Ginjishi shows up shortly after and eventually convinces Shishiō to leave the protagonists to him. After Shishiō leaves, Ginjishi informs the protagonists of his position in the Alliance and that they'll need to defeat Ukyō and Sakyō Azuma in Asakusa in order to take him on.
