Urha Simon is the Priest of Sky and the father of Mirha Simon, his co-priest in Aeroplateau.
Appearance
Urha appears as a middle-aged man with pale skin, blue hair, and pale blue eyes. He has a vertical scar over his left eye, which remains closed. His outfit consists of a grey shirt with a dark green robe draped over one arm. The robe has a red fringe and a yellow belt.

Plot
History
He was originally from Carte and transferred to Willarv in the year D995 to work as a priest. His wife would go back and forth to be with him on Willarv and to be on Carte.[2]

(6) Urha informs Mirha that the passenger ship from Eloth with Saha and Ran onboard will arrive that afternoon. He tells her that he will support her decision regarding the war, and asks her which side she will take. He greets Leez and Asha with Mirha, but leaves not long after. Before he leaves, he expresses his wish that Leez and Mirha will be good friends, and tells Asha that she should be grateful to the those who support her for the rest of her life, since people do not usually stay after being pushed away.
