Raltara is a rakshasa of the Garuda clan who lived in the early stages of the universe. She was a daughter of Garuda and the original Taraka, the nastika who was the 2nd in command of the Garuda clan at the beginning of the universe.
Appearance
Raltara is extremely tall, more so than her father. This is because her mother was very tall.[1] In her human form she has very warm-dark skin, long bright red hair and a beak-like facial mask covering the upper half of her face, revealing her black eyes with white irises. She wears a long black cloak with red feathery fur at the top and white edges at the bottom. She wears this coat closed just enough to cover her breasts and she has black pants.
In her bird-like sura form, Raltara is mostly black, has a red beak and white eyes. Her wings and the feathers around her face are bright red. Her long tail, however, is white. She has sharp red talons on her hands and feet.
Personality
Raltara has a very serious personality. She is resigned to the cruel ways of the world of suras and loyal to the nastikas. In her first appearance, she is prideful for her powerful heritage[1] but as she loses her position she reveals her dedication to protect her beloved younger siblings.[2]
Despite having no qualms with killing humans if ordered to do so, she does not do more than necessary and can be convinced to back down by strength, something which leaves her with no desire for revenge or to get back at whoever stood in her way.[3]
Skills and Abilities
Raltara is an extremely powerful rakshasa, one who other rakshasas would think twice before challenging. The hereditary attribute she received from her mother is destruction, an extremely powerful attribute that is uncommon among suras, this is because the majority of nastikas who had this attribute died in the early stages of the universe. As the Daughter of Garuda and of his second in command early in the universe, she is very powerful for a Rakshasa.
Garuda Clan Abilities: As one of the Garuda clan, she also possesses extreme speed and keen eyesight.
Regeneration Ability: As a Rakshasa, Raltara has an ability to allows her to heal herself from damage.
Raltara has a wide array of powerful transcendental skills at her disposal, most of which allow her to destroy and blow up things.
Defensive Transcendental: She has a shield-like defensive transcendental which prevents attacks from hitting, although the shield weakens whenever when she is attacking.
Unique Transcendental Skill: She also possesses a unique transcendental which she has used in her sura form. This skill forms a giant sphere that Raltara is able to push on her target. The condition for this transcendental is that it requires a celestial body of a certain brightness (e.g. the moon). Therefore she would often choose a suitable environment to fight based on the how bright the present celestial body is.[1]
Forced Transformation Transcendental: Another of her transcendentals allows her to force other suras to return to human form, although at the cost of returning to human form herself.
Offensive Transcendental: Raltara possess an offensive transcendental that enables her to form orbs of energy that unleash powerful pink destructive beams of energy.

Plot
History

Raltara was born to Garuda and the original Taraka, the nastika who was the second in command at the beginning of the universe. She has multiple siblings who she holds dear.
As she is very powerful due to her destruction attribute and unique transcendental, she was able to survive the early stages of her life, despite rakshasas being treated without much consideration.
Her situation worsened after the death of her mother as she lost the backing of her father. After the primeval gods erased her mother and Kali took possession of her mother's name, Raltara’s presence began to fade to the point that even Gods and Sura were effected by it, making them forget her. She is no longer alive in the current universe.
Season 3
Chapter 50: The Weight of Time

(13)(14)(15)(16) Raltara was sent on a mission to kill all humans on a planet by nastikas. She carried out this task accompanied by two other rakshasas, only to be stopped by Maruna. When defeated in combat, Raltara withdrew from the planet and kept the information about Maruna's existence secret.
(17) Since Raltara's mother had died, Raltara no longer has the backing necessary to ensure the life of her and her beloved younger siblings. Gandharva blames the death of his children on the fact that she failed to kill the humans on the planet and threatens to eat her and all her siblings if she does not rectify this mistake.

(18) Although Raltara knows the human city defenses are too powerful for her to breach and this will likely result in her death, she chooses to go through with the attack in hopes that Gandharva will spare her siblings. Maruna stops her with a plan to disable the defenses first.
(20)(21) When Raltara sees that the defense tower is damaged, she attacks the city. She thanks Maruna and tells him to stay back while she kills the rest of the humans. Her survival is ensured by Menaka, who arrives to stop Gandharva.
